I have done sport my whole life (judo, kayak, volleyball, swimming, boxing) but it is around 18yo that I started consistently working out at the gym and strength trained. The least I can say it is that it changed my life. Years after years, my new lifestyle was born : I ate better, I slept longer and I train smarter. It is what I want for my clients, get access to a better health and a good quality of life.
